This woofer is simply the ultimate. Using a pair of custom designed flat wound 0.7 Ohm coils, massive everything and hand built by some of the best and most skilled subwoofer engineers in the world. You just cannot buy a more advanced subwoofer to compete with. It is not designed to be musical. It is designed to win at SPL. There is absolutely no compromise made here. Using vast 800 Oz magnets, 6 layers of huge 3x3 10" Nomex spiders and a cone with Kevlar reinforced stitching and constructed using every last ounce of subwoofer-engineer-tech available to market this is armageddan in a woofer. Feed this speaker with whatever you can throw at it. Our geeks reckon on a conservatively rated, honest 10000 Genuine Watts peak and 5000 Watts Genuine RMS power handling. The voice coil assembly uses a special 82mm long hand wound FLAT WIRE coil (see image) to maximise current handing area, the terminals are enormous 4AWG and the tinsel leads are more like pieces of rope! This is woofer engineering on a massive scale. Even with our incredible value ethos it is impossible to deliver this level of performance on a budget. Version History

Prototype - Designed to be the outright SPL version of the XPL this has a cutting edge, no holds barred approach to design and build with uprated flat wound coil, spider and basket to allow more excursion. XPL15.1 used as a base to make this ultimate edition for V1 production format. A huge success the XPL15SPL is still available, and will be revised at the end of 2018, with exactly the same build quality and devastaing performance. V2 features a newly developed tinsel arrangement for even more durability at the limit and was made available to market Q1 2019. Support for this woofer as at the time of last modified date consists of a very small number of recone units, and users are encouraged to ensure their contingency needs are met.
